Matt Spracklen
Radio/Podcaster & Influencer

About Matt
Matt is a multi talented music and media presenter with his own radio show Country Hits UK.  And the Mainly Music podcast co-hosted and produced by Sarah Bishop (The Frank Skinner Show Absolute Radio).  Broadcast in Nashville TN via Counter Culture On Air.  Matt’s no stranger to the red carpet and is a Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Ambassador.

Having grown up in Devon but toured all over the world with bands, Matt settled in Somerset around about 12 years ago and calls it home.

Matt is also a pro photographer and grew a wedding photography business.  Having covered so much of Somerset through his acclaimed photography, he was compelled to start the Instagram channel, Love for Somerset in 2015.


Kim Stone
Pro Photographer & Influencer

About Kim
Kim is a pro photographer and influencer with a following of over 17k on Instagram.  Originally from Chard in South Somerset, Kim relocated to Devon and back to Somerset.  Portishead is now home.

Social media has played a huge part in Kim’s rise to influencer fame. With a clear passion in seascapes, landscapes and event/portrait photography. This has made way for Kim to teach her knowledge to others. Kim runs workshops, online courses and shares her expertise on her favourite platform. Instagram.

She’s the author of an e-book which is available on Amazon.

Kim is the moderator and social media maverick at Love for Somerset and brings with her a wealth of brand activation knowledge, having worked with such giants as Huawei and Expedia.


Rob Smith
Pro Photographer & Designer

About Rob
Somerset based Wedding, Portrait and Commercial Photographer Rob is also a trained Graphic Web Designer.

With 14 years experience working in the creative industry as a conceptual Graphic Designer, Rob has worked with large national brands creating multi-channel advertising campaigns across both printed and digital media.

Rob then set his sights on the wedding industry working as Senior Designer across national magazines such as Wedding Ideas magazine, and Rock ‘n Roll Bride amongst others. Not one to lose sight of his love for the wedding industry, Rob is also a wedding photographer as well as author to a collection of wedding stationery.

As well as being one of our resident pro photographers, Rob also works his days as a Digital Web Designer, having moved on from his publishing days. Rob loves creating great digital experiences that both inspire and inform.


Elizabeth Roles
Resident Blogger, Copywriter + PR

About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is well known in Somerset having started her blog Lizzie Somerset in 2013, as a way to showcase the excellent culture in the area for families.  Becoming proficient in both the technical ‘behind the scenes’ process and creative storytelling Elizabeth became an Ambassador for the Yeovil Show and regular columnist on BritMums.

Having collaborated with such brand giants as Wyke Farms, Braun, Debenhams and Velux, to name a few, she’s also worked on numerous local indie promotions.

Her wealth of copywriting knowledge and content creation experience fuels Elizabeth’s no 1 goal….to write quality content with details that delight the reader.  Painting a picture and opening eyes to another perspective. And showing that Somerset is THE ‘go to’ destination.
